CRMLS has reported an impersonation scam affecting REALTORS® and Associations across California. In a few isolated incidents, individuals posed as legitimate users to request changes to account or contact information.
While PFAR has not experienced any such cases, we want to ensure our members remain alert and protected.
To safeguard your account and personal information:
Never share your CRMLS User ID, password, or personal details via phone or email.
Verify all change requests directly with CRMLS at (800) 925-1525.
Report any suspicious activity immediately to both CRMLS and PFAR so proper action can be taken.
As a precaution, CRMLS has also temporarily restricted users from modifying certain roster information within Matrix. Verified changes will now be handled manually by their team.
