New Caravan Rules and Policies
1. Caravan submissions must be submitted no later than Noon the day before the Caravan date, with no exceptions.
2. Tuesday Caravan submissions are to be submitted the Friday before a Monday Holiday by Noon.
3. Listing must be active in MLS prior to Caravan submission.
4. Listings must be submitted via online registration found on our website https://pfar.org/caravan/ or submitted within the Flex system. This includes Non-PFAR members.
5. Property to be accessible during Caravan hours, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, either by Agent or Lockbox.
6. If access is by lockbox only, the listing agent must specify access instructions in the caravan remarks.
7. For all Seller/Tenant-occupied properties, an agent or host must be present during caravan hours.
8. If multiple units, at least one unit must be accessible for viewing.
9. Vacant land may be on a Caravan and need not be hosted.
10. We encourage West listings on Tuesday’s Caravan, East listings on Thursday’s Caravan. Refer to the map on the PFAR website https://pfar.org/caravan/
11. Re-caravan is allowed for listings after 45 days on the market or with a minimum 5% price reduction, whichever is sooner.
12. Approved Lockboxes: Supra, Sentrilock, Combo Lockbox, Programmable Electronic Deadbolt, and all AOR/MLS contracted Lockboxes.
Effective September 1, 2025: Caravan Hours will be 10 AM – 2 PM.
