Opportunity for affiliates to expand their brand and contacts by getting in front of real estate professionals, while supporting REALTORS® and PFAR-related events and staying informed on the real-estate profession.
Review candidates and vote the awards of REALTOR® of the Year and Affiliate of the Year, as well as any special recognition awards deemed appropriate by the committee as recommended by the Board of Directors.
Oversee the financial operation of the Association and report the status of such to the Board of Directors. Ensure that Association funds and physical assets are appropriately safeguarded and administered.

Attend meetings to monitor local government actions, proposed legislation, governmental regulations and public policy pertaining to the real estate industry and bring that information to the committee; recommend action to the Board of Directors to propose, oppose or support legislation and candidates; provide public testimony before the Board of Supervisors, City Councils, governmental agencies and commissions. Support and conduct political education and awareness programs throughout the communities we serve. Interact effectively with elected officials, government staff and community leaders. Be a REALTOR® Action Fund (RAF) Investor and actively assist with recruiting new contributors to RAF, along with sharing the importance of RAF at office meetings and with colleagues.
Review and investigate complaints by members and the public to determine whether a complaint warrants a formal hearing. Investigate charges of unethical conduct and present findings to the Professional Standards Committee for adjudication and possible disciplinary action.

Review and make recommendations on all matters related to the MLS. Promote user training and awareness to ensure full utilization of i-Tech MLS services. Monitor and enforce rules and regulations to ensure compliance with N.A.R. and C.A.R. guidelines. Visit the MLS Home Page

To establish association relevance in the regions we serve through local partnerships and community outreach. Our focus is inspiring social impact through networking, fundraising, volunteerism, and local engagement.
Review and sponsor educational programs to increase the knowledge and professional competency of all members. Work with C.A.R., the CalBRE, institutions of higher learning, and independent speakers to provide a full range of real estate knowledge opportunities and study materials. Plan and administer Association educational conferences, seminars and similar events.
