As we celebrate PFAR’s 120th Annual Inaugural & Awards Gala, this year’s theme—Building Relationships & Serving Community—honors the values that have guided our Association for generations. Strong relationships are the cornerstone of our profession, creating connections built on trust, integrity, and a shared commitment to helping others achieve their goals.

Equally important is our responsibility to serve the communities that place their trust in us. Through leadership, advocacy, volunteerism, and service, REALTORS® play a vital role in strengthening the neighborhoods we call home. This theme reflects our belief that when relationships are nurtured and communities are supported, we create a lasting impact that extends far beyond any single transaction.

Together, we celebrate a legacy of service, the strength of our professional relationships, and our continued commitment to building a brighter future for the communities we serve.
