Welcome to the “Housing Inequality & Activism in Pasadena” curriculum provided by the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS® (PFAR). By accessing or using this curriculum, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Use of Curriculum

1.1 The “Housing Inequality & Activism in Pasadena” curriculum is provided free of charge for educational purposes only.

1.2 The curriculum is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the curriculum for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from PFAR.

3.3 You may not use any automated tools or manual processes to monitor or copy the curriculum or any part of it.

  1. Limitation of Liability

4.1 PFAR will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the curriculum, even if PFAR has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4.2 PFAR does not warrant that the curriculum will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

  1. Termination

5.1 PFAR reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the curriculum at any time, with or without cause and without notice.

5.2 Upon termination, you must cease using the curriculum and destroy any copies you have made.

  1. Governing Law

6.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions or the curriculum shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1 PFAR reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms and conditions on the PFAR website.

7.2 Your continued use of the curriculum after any changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
