Jenna officially launched her escrow career in 2021, but her journey began long before that—growing up in an escrow office alongside her mom, dad, and grandma. Her family is thrilled that she has found her passion for escrow and is committed to continuous learning. Jenna has completed multiple escrow courses, attended industry conferences, and is a certified notary. Her hard work and warm demeanor ensure that every client feels valued and appreciated. Currently, she focuses on processing refinance, reverse, and sale files, while also assisting in the preparation and packaging of loan documents. Jenna aspires to follow in her parents' footsteps and become an Escrow Officer one day.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Jenna is the founder of Jenna’s Pies, a charity she started in 2016 while still in high school. Through holiday pie sales and special event baking using her grandmother’s cherished recipes, she donates all proceeds to support individuals with special needs. Her contributions have funded inclusion events at Monrovia High School, sent campers and counselors to special needs camps, and provided teachers with essential classroom supplies.
Jenna graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and earned her Master’s in Special Education, focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of Massachusetts Global in 2023.
