PFAR and Granite Escrow presented a Pasadena Rental Housing Board Informational Town Hall. The event packed a full house with over 140 attendees who gathered to discuss the nuances of Measure H and its ramifications on rent control and landlords.
Distinguished legal expert Attorney Dennis P. Block was the esteemed guest speaker, lending his knowledge and perspectives on Measure H. Throughout the 2.5-hour engagement, attendees were treated to a wealth of invaluable insights and guidance, imparting clarity to the perplexing subject.
In our unwavering commitment to foster a comprehensive understanding of Measure H, PFAR leadership extended an earnest invitation to the Pasadena Rental Housing Board. Regrettably – which was respectfully declined by Ryan Bell, Chair of the Board. We are thankful, however, that Brandon Lamar, a distinguished member of the Pasadena Rental Housing Board, graced the event, and as a result, it paved the way for a great exchange of thoughts and ideas between our Government Affairs Director, Rian Barrett, and President Kay Tolentino.
