As previously announced, Supra is releasing a SupraNET enhancement with time-saving steps for setting up new keyholders. Once you assign a key, activation is self-served by the keyholder.
Users can set up the eKEY® app at their convenience – or you can walk them through the steps and still provide that personal touch.
Most importantly, ULA acceptance and payment management will be in the hands of your keyholders, ensuring you comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirements.
Supra knows this is a big change, so we are providing several tools below to support you. We expect to release this change on Tuesday, May 23.
