The National Association of Realtors® has officially opened applications for the 2024 Good Neighbor Awards, marking the program’s 25th year of recognizing NAR members demonstrating a steadfast commitment to volunteer service and creating substantial positive changes in their communities.

NAR President Kevin Sears, broker-partner of Sears Real Estate in Springfield, Massachusetts, emphasized the significance of the Good Neighbor Awards, stating, “NAR’s Good Neighbor Awards shine a spotlight on the remarkable dedication of Realtors® in making a meaningful difference in their local communities. As we celebrate the 25th anniversary of this program, we are reminded of the impactful contributions and how individuals can transform the lives of many.”
