MLS Quarterly Fees and Annual Dues Deadline

Your MLS Quarterly and Annual Dues invoices have been sent out.
Please note the following deadlines:
MLS Fees Deadlines
MLS Quarterly Fees: Wednesday, January 3rd
MLS Autopayment withdrawal: Wednesday, December 27th
Annual Dues Deadlines
Annual Dues: Wednesday, January 31st
Contact the PFAR office if you need to update your credit card information and to pay your MLS and Annual Dues online login here.
If you need to update credit card information download the Credit Card Authorization Form.
Note: Invoices will include the following suggested voluntary donations:
– Voluntary REALTOR® Action Fund: $49
– C.A.R. Housing Affordability Fund: $10

Your contribution is optional and goes to support work towards political initiatives that affect the real industry, such as the latest tax reform bill.  Your donation can also support C.A.R.’s Housing Affordability Fund. 
You may modify this amount when paying online. It is not automatically applied to your total dues.

For members who are set for automatic payments; to make a donation you will need to login to your account to contribute.

As a reminder, when submitting checks for the MLS payments, please make sure to include your member number (the log in number for IMS) on the check or check stub.  By including the member number, it allows  payments to process efficiently. 

If you do not wish to add the voluntary donation to your total due, please subtract the suggested amounts when writing your check.  If you have any questions about your invoice, please contact us. We’re happy to assist you.
