AUTOMATIC BILLING AND PAYMENT FORMS
Take advantage of automatic recurring billing and never be late again! MLS and Annual Dues Auto Payment Authorization, along with the one-time credit card authorization form can be found at pfar.org/forms. Please include the payment form with your application to avoid a delay in processing.

Flexmls Access: $150.00 quarterly (prorated monthly) + $35.00
