Aida Dimejian

Aida is a former Huntington Hospital Registered Nurse who found her niche and her passion in the field of Real Estate, joining her husband, Hovig, who founded the brokerage in 1987. She brought this attention to detail and care into the real estate industry.
A native of Beirut, Lebanon, Aida immigrated to the U.S. in 1976 and settled in Pasadena with her family. Aida was the president of the Pasadena Foothills Association of Realtors in 2002 and currently serves the organization with various committees and task forces. Aida has been a director for the California Association of Realtors for 9 years and has held various leadership posts including trustee for the organizations PAC. Aida has been active in the Armenian community. She chaired the Armenian National Committee of America, Pasadena chapter, for many years and was chair of the organization’s Western region in 2010, and served on the board of the Armenian Cultural Foundation’s Western region. Her other volunteer affiliations include the Pasadena Police Foundation board, Housing Affordability Task Force, Human Services Commission, Pasadena Armenian People’s Advisory Committee, and a board member for the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce.
When she’s not managing realtors, staff, and three businesses, Aida thrives on adventure and the outdoors. She’s proud to say she’s been skydiving and will go again at the drop of a hat. She’s an advocate for healthy choices and a fitness enthusiast; you can catch her up front and center at Pasadena’s Soul Cycle studio several times a week. Aida is a proud mother of a son and a daughter; she is multilingual.

Adam Bray Ali
A proud PFAR member since 2009, I have had the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the MLS Committee. These experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the work PFAR does to support its members, strengthen our profession, and serve our communities.
I am seeking the role of President-Elect with a focus on servant leadership, collaboration, and meaningful service to our members. I look forward to supporting our incoming President and Board while helping position PFAR as the association of choice for real estate professionals throughout our region.
Strong associations are built on strong relationships. I believe this includes not only our REALTOR® members, but also the affiliate members and business partners who contribute so much to the success of our industry and our association.
As Pasadena and Altadena continue to recover and rebuild following the Eaton Fire, PFAR has an important opportunity to lead through service and community partnership. My goal is to help create an environment where our members, affiliates, and communities can thrive—working together, supporting one another, and enabling good outcomes for all.
I would be honored to have the opportunity to serve PFAR in this next chapter.
