PFAR Bylaws Amendment Notice

PFAR Bylaws Amendment Notice

In accordance with our bylaws, PFAR is notifying all members of a proposed amendment to the bylaws. The PFAR Board of Directors, at its February 27th meeting, voted in favor of updating the criteria for MLS committee service to provide more flexibility—both in the number of members serving and their service commitment.

Please see the motion that will be presented to the Board of Directors on April 23, 2024, for adoption. Changes or additions are highlighted in red and strikethrough font. Once adopted, changes will be published on the PFAR website for thirty days.
