The Masks Are On: Tickets Are Now Available for Masquerade at Maxwell
Some evenings are meant to be remembered. Others are meant to become a tradition.
This fall, Pasadena-Foothills REALTORS® In Action (PFARIA) invites you to be part of the very first chapter of the PFARIA Gala Series with Masquerade at Maxwell, an intimate black-tie evening where elegance, entertainment, and philanthropy come together in support of our community.
On Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 6:00–9:00 p.m., the historic Maxwell House in Pasadena will be transformed for an evening inspired by the mystery and grandeur of another era.
And now, the wait is officially over.
100 Guests. One Unforgettable Evening.
Masquerade at Maxwell has been intentionally designed as an intimate experience, with attendance limited to just 100 guests.
Black tie will set the tone. Masquerade masks are required. Period-inspired attire is encouraged for those who want to fully embrace the evening.
Beyond the doors of Maxwell House, guests will discover an experience that unfolds throughout the night—from live performances and music to cocktails, champagne, passed hors d’oeuvres, dancing, and a few surprises still waiting to be unmasked.
The evening will feature entertainment from LA Follies, live music by the Clover String Quartet, and an opportunity to step onto the dance floor for a lesson in the Viennese Waltz.
Guests will enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres by Delicia Catering, alongside champagne, wine, cocktails, and signature drinks served by Black Lab Events.
A silent auction will offer another opportunity to take something memorable home while supporting the larger purpose behind the evening.

As memorable as the setting may be, Masquerade at Maxwell was created for something much bigger than a single evening.
Net proceeds from the event will support PFARIA’s continuing efforts to assist individuals and families rebuilding their lives in the aftermath of the Eaton Fire.
That purpose is at the heart of the new PFARIA Gala Series.
PFARIA has long brought members of the real estate industry together to support the communities they serve through charitable giving, volunteerism, fundraising, and direct community assistance. The Gala Series builds upon that mission by creating an annual signature experience where philanthropy and community can come together in an extraordinary way.
Each year will bring a new setting.
A new theme.
A new experience.
And a new opportunity to make an impact.
This October, it begins behind a mask at Maxwell House.
