Lauren Kinkade-Wong, GRI, is a Broker Associate and Team Leader of The Kinkade Group at Douglas Elliman. She began working in the real estate field in 2005 in mortgage loans, and worked her way up to Vice President of the company over the course of a decade. Originally licensed in real estate in 2007, she became a full-time REALTOR® in early 2018.

Lauren finds her background in the mortgage industry to be extremely helpful to both buyers and sellers alike. She has always loved being a part of the real estate industry, but specifically loves being a REALTOR® as she gets to work hand-in-hand to help make her clients’ real estate dreams a reality.

Lauren has been honored with many accolades, including being named “Power Player” and “Dynamic Woman” in real estate in Modern Luxury’s Angelino Magazine, and won the Douglas Elliman President’s Award in 2021.

In her spare time, Lauren loves spending time with her husband, two daughters and two dogs. She also sits on the Board of Director’s of the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS®, and serves as a Douglas Elliman Elevate representative for the Pasadena and Monrovia offices.

Marie “Kay” Tolentino has more than 20 years of real estate experience. Over the last two decades, Kay has seen the real estate process through various lenses: escrow officer, loan originator and processor, signing agent, investor, and real estate broker. With such a wealth of knowledge, Kay has become a valuable resource to clients and real estate professionals.

Kay can be counted on as a trusted real estate advisor. Kay is known for her dedication to her client’s needs. She knows there is always an answer for every real estate situation and will find a creative solution when necessary.

Kay is currently a Board Director for the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS®. She is a volunteer leader for her church and Troop Leader for her daughter’s Brownie Scouts troop. Kay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.

Lynnette has always had a love for public and private space planning, with an emphasis on every individual having a place to call home. Realizing the need for affordable housing in Pasadena, she associated with Heritage Housing Partners in the Sales & Marketing Division. Lynnette is proud of the HHP homeowners who have taken the necessary steps to purchase their first home creating a greater quality of life.

A native of Pasadena, Lynnette received a Bachelor of Arts degree from CSULB. She enjoys traveling the continents and serving her community through public service organizations.

Jon BUTLER

Jon Butler is the Vice President and Broker of Record for Douglas Elliman Real Estate in California, supervising 23 offices and 700+ top-producing Douglas Elliman agents. A native of Iowa and a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Luther College, Butler, earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a dual minor in economics and music. After a year-long lap around the globe, two years of accounting and finance work in Minneapolis, and three subsequent years as a touring production manager based out of Los Angeles—Butler dove into the Southern California real estate market, bringing his high-energy, enthusiasm, and positive outlook to a struggling, declining market. Joining Teles Properties in Beverly Hills in 2012, Butler focused on default services and gained invaluable experience selling bank-owned homes (REO), assisting homeowners with short sales, and completing 2,500+ BPO’s (Broker Price Opinions) for the banks. In a short period, he built a strong clientele of regular and luxury buyers, investors, and sellers—from the Westside to the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys.

In 2014, Butler took his command of real estate contracts and exceptional client relations to use when he took over as Managing Director of 3 offices in San Gabriel Valley. Then, in 2016, Butler took over as Vice President and Broker of Record for all of Teles Properties. Since the strategic acquisition of Teles Properties by Douglas Elliman Real Estate in August 2017, Butler took over as Vice President and Broker of Record for all of Douglas Elliman Real Estate in California. Butler is ecstatic to be a part of an amazing luxury brand that also represents the largest independent real estate broker in the U.S. and the most the productive agents of any company in the nation.

Kendyl Young is a 36-year veteran Realtor, semi-retired owner/broker of DIGGS, and co-founder of ADU DIGGS, a company providing high-end ADUs without the high-end price or hassle. Young holds a BA from UCLA and the ADU Specialist and SRES credentials. She has taught for CRS and GRI. Kendyl is an in-demand speaker with multiple appearances on Inman Connect, C.A.R. ReImagine, Performance Coaching, and Glendale Tech Week stages. She has guest lectured for UCLA and USC School of Business and contributed to multiple real estate books and national magazines. Kendyl is an ADU evangelist- educating and inspiring everyone on how to use ADUs to improve lives, solve housing needs, and create generational wealth.

RYAN HARRELL

Ryan Harrell, a dedicated Realtor®, started his journey from New Jersey to California at the age of 39, accompanied by his wife and two of his three children. Growing up in Vineland, NJ, Ryan attended Rutgers University after high school, where he met his wife and started a family.

For 15 years, Ryan worked as a full-time correctional officer while nurturing his dream of entering the real estate industry. In 2018, he transitioned into real estate, realizing his lifelong aspiration was to help others. Ryan‘s commitment to community service extended to his role as the Social Action Committee Chairman of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated, where he focused on community relationships and member retention.

In California, he quickly immersed himself in the real estate community by joining the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors®, actively participating in the LGR committee, and seeking out membership with PFARIA to continue his volunteer work. Jessica Lupian is a real estate broker with 8 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her journey in real estate has been marked by a diverse range of roles and positions, showcasing her versatility and expertise. From her early days as an office assistant to her current position as a real estate broker, Jessica has excelled in every aspect of the field.

During her career, Jessica has taken on various responsibilities, including certified transaction coordinator, notary signing agent, office manager, listing director, client relations and investor. This extensive experience has honed her skills in negotiation, marketing, client service, transaction coordination, and management. Her commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and driving positive change is evident in her active involvement in the Local Government Relations Committee and PFAR In Action for the Pasadena-Foothills Association.

Moreover, Jessica’s passion for giving back to her community is exemplified through her volunteer work with Soroptimist International and Wild Heart Mamas, two local non-profit organizations. She takes immense joy in community building and offering assistance in any way possible. When she’s not immersed in her professional or volunteer endeavors, Jessica cherishes quality time with her husband, 2-year-old son, friends, and prioritizes her own well-being through regular exercise.

MIKE DORR

Mike is a broker associate with Keller Williams Pasadena and has been a Realtor and lender since 1988. In 1992, he earned his Broker’s license.

Born in Iowa, Mike has lived in the Pasadena/La Canada area since 1970.

He continually strives to update his education and knowledge with certificates and designations in real estate. Mike wants to help people become better real estate owners and investors by better understanding financial options.

Mike was CFO for his father’s medical office and the Dorr Family Charity, Operation Walk, for several years. ( www.operationwalk.org ) Operation Walk has grown into 20 teams across the United States.

He is/has been on the Board of Directors of Altadena Meals on Wheels, Operation Walk, and a few local corporations. He is currently a member of the PFAR Budget and Finance Committee.

Locally, Mike has belonged to some of the area’s finest Golf Clubs and Social Clubs.

My path to real estate began as the daughter of an international importer of home goods. I traveled the world with my father procuring and selling inventory. From an early age, I learned the art of negotiation, the importance of strategy, and “collecting” luxury hotel bath accessories. The best part of my years of travel, aside from enjoying the incredible foods and experiencing the diverse scenery and cultures, was coming home. That feeling of security, comfort and familiarity would envelope me every time I opened the front door.

For these reasons, it is also very important for me to help my clients find the right home, taking into consideration their personal needs – a single person’s first home, a couple’s first house together, a place where parents will raise their kids, the area which their children will attend school, the place where their parents might live during extended visits, and most certainly one of the most important investment decisions they will make.
